Morro Bay weather man says "Daylight in the morning with rising temperature until just after noon followed by scattered darkness. Windy until it quits. Mornings followed by evenings usually filled with wide smiles from Speedster folks".
Sounds like the usual weather forecast to me. Always dependable.
