After doing the door gap fit on my CMC, the arm rest runners ( or what ever they are called) along the top edge of each door did not fit, too long. This tells me, the car was built with the wide door gap to begin with, it didn't happen over time. I am making new runners based on how the Vintage people do their's. I was told that "Elmer's Carpenter's Wood Glue" would work for gluing the black vinyl material to the new wood. Any of you have a better idea for glue?
