I was going for a ride. Started the car, no tach, speeddo,
fuel gauge. Lights, blinkers, high beams are ok.
Where should I start looking ?

Terry ..... With these cars, its usually ground connections, or a wiring connection has come loose.... First thing to do is to invert yourself, crawl under the dash and look for unexplained loose wires dangling about.... Is your speedo electric????
My Spyder lost the internal ground in the tach which caused the tach to quit unless the lights were on.... I ran additional grounds to each instrument case and never had another problem electrically....
