I don't golf, but put a rack on it! we get a lot more than a bag of clubs on the back of ours.

Joe, where there's a will, there's a way. Depending on how big of a bag of clubs you have (hopefully no cart too), I'll bet you could fit them into the front seat. I'll guarantee they won't fit in the trunk. Sounds like a good excuse to cut down to three clubs.
Joe, I don't think the Beck has a 3 point seat belt so keeping the clubs in place might be an issue. The other issue is that I don't trust Golf Club Rats (as I call them) Don't get me wrong, I love to golf. What mean is the guys that leave the club three sheets to the wind; they will not care about your baby and will swing the doors into it without hesitation. I had a beautiful Z-3 I took to a club that got a door ding the size of grapefruit. Be careful.
Becks come stock with 3-pt belts. I don't golf, but play guitar and frequently haul one or more on the passenger side. I just lean them against the door and take off. You can make it work. I don't buckle them in.

You should have no worries about getting those clubs in a Speedster. There's more room in a Speedster than you think. Here's a video that Jim Ignacio produced and you will see that even with the top up, you have plenty of room, for just about everything you could possibly imagine.

Thanks to one and all for the advice. Looks like i should be able to pull this off. I wasn't going to go for the rack, but maybe now I will.

I've carried at 10X10 easy-up in the front seat with no problem, about the same size as a golf bag.
