I have heard this a few times on here...BUT what parts on these anti-sway bushings am I supposed to grease before putting them on???

I do but you want to use special grease, not multipurpose./ It is high viscosity. Kind of like Vasoline.
What parts do you actually put the grease on?.. Inside the hole, outside and all around, etc? I said grease inside the hole...AND start thread drift here...
Yes, the grease goes in the hole. You don't want it on the outside because it'll just make it easier for the bushings to possibly move out of place.
Not to be contrary however I believe those bushings have lips on both sides and a slit down the middle so that they are clamped over the bar. Perf. bushings are very hard and will squeak like crazy if you do not grease inside and out. If there are no lips to hold bushings in place I agree that you should NOT grease outside.
use anti seize unless you have the urithane greese. anti seize woulds great and lasts.

They don't split but do have lips on each side that the retainer clamp sits in
