Oh thank you Ted the all mighty...... Really, I am soooo happy you approve....
Not really sure why I replied to you in first place since no where did Al or I say we "Fabbed" something.
And me asking about a car yet was me saying piss off. From all the posts I have seen, you are trying to buy a Replicar on a used yugo budget. I was trying to give other car owners an option on an easy build.

Huh? Really? Oh, I totally didn't get that.
Interestingly enough, you're the first person on the board who's been anything less than friendly. I'm sorry you feel the need to lash out like that.
If we ever cross paths, I hope we can share a pint and laugh about what ever I've done to twist you up.
** EDIT**
So I went back and read the thread above to see what I may have said or done.
I think I see what happened or how I offended you. I didn't mean any disrespect when I was talking about "fabbing" those brackets. I didn't mean to imply or infer that what you had done was inferior in any way. I was merely trying to say that it wasn't above the average joe's skill levels and that for the difference in price, it was well worth a shot. I agree with saving the money if you can do it yourself. I tried to hedge my bets (to not offend the OP) by saying that 'not everyone has the skills or tools' - so for those folks, the price might be worth it. In the end, it was just my opinion, and that's all it's worth.
I can TOTALLY see how what I typed could be misconstrued and may have offended some. Honestly - that's not my style and if I offended you (or Al). I sincerely apologize to you both. I'm not trying to offend anyone. I realize I'm the 'new guy' around here. The last thing I want to do is bring discord to your happy oasis. If I stepped on your toes, I didn't mean to.
I'm just trying to learn about these cars. If I've given off the wrong impression. Please accept my apology.
Take care & again, my apologies.
Sincerely,
Ted Pierson
