Got over 14" of snow today - record for the month of December and one of the highest of all time for Oklahoma City! Couldn't leave the house, even walking. Blowing over 50 mph gusts, absolutely insane..... However, snow should last a while since the forecast doesn't have it going above freezing for the next seven days. I'll try to get some pictures, have wreath that lights up on luggage rack so it should look nice. Merry Christmas folks! (Jim, I need the skis back!)

I shot the first picture almost two years ago, when the Hoopty sat between a couple giant pick-up trucks for protection from the snowplow.
The second was the year before that, and he third is fom a couple days ago -- as the Hoopty emerged from the warmth of a garage.
I'm pretty sure she sleeps a lot better in the garage.
I'll try for a 'snowmobile' shot before winter's over.

Cory,
That pic officially qualifies YOU to move to Colorado, too!!

The LMS and I drove up to Estes Park for brunch at the Stanley Hotel today. It was great but the winds were gusting up to 65mph and the drifts were up to 4.5 feet in town and the temps were hovering around 10 degrees! Needless to say we took the SUV and the Speedy sat snuggled up in the heated garage. Oh, well, life has its adventures!

Merry Christmas to all of you.

Dusty and Sharon
Dusty, you are truly fortunate to have LMS shovel the drive for you!

Jim, you are welcome - but still keep an eye out for a surf board for me. (Can't make it to Morro Bay this year, but if Dusty agrees he may be able to transport back to Colorado.....and I'll pick up at my next visit.)

Here are the pictures I have, wasn't brave enough to take the Red Tub out while it was snowing.

Best regards,
Cal
