Grundy Insurance-- Any comments? good or Bad

Does anyone use Grundy Worldwide for insuring their pride and joy? I became tired of getting jerked around by State Farm. The underwriters value the car @ $4000 without notifiying me or even seeing the car. What a barrel of monkeys! So I need to look elsewhere. Comments please.

I called a lot of companies and I plan on using Grundy also but your rate is much better than the one they quoted me. Maybe it's because I'm in NY. They wanted $315 for $20,000 coverage. Some companies wouldn't cover me because I have a teenager in the house. Others were higher because I have to register it as a 2006.

I used Grundy. The rate is very fair. Also, I had a minor accident last summer. I got a first rate repair covered, no questions asked.

Grundy is great. I have them covering all of my cars. (not wanting to brag but I have 10) and they have been great. Check with them and you will not be sorry.

I have to give Grundy a call and compare them against my Hagerty policy. That looks like a pretty good rate!

I wanted to go with Grundy, but in the Dallas area, they wanted over $400 a year. Ended up with American Collectors Insurance. http://www.americancollectorsins.com/index.php. Got it for $185 a year for $25,000 coverage.

I just contacted American Collector Insurance and asked about their under construction insurance and they told me that they don't insure home built kit cars.
