Okay here's our picture. Steve and Angela dressed as what I thought were Greek/Roman people. Turns out after a few drinks Steve introduced himself as Cesar and me as the sex slave. Then he announced that he was "free range" under his costume.... Ahh what a party.

Steve also made the pumpkin-cooler. Think he also drank everything in the cooler. Got to apologize for the not-so-creative costumes. We had a big argument about what to wear. So I told Steve FINE WHATEVER THE HE!! YOU WANT TO WEAR IS FINE WITH ME!!! Apparently I should have added AS LONG AS YOU WEAR UNDERWEAR!

Well, here goes nothing. This is the video I shot the other day on the way to work. It was also the day for the party, and I thought it was a good day to get the footage.

The first thing I have learned is that it takes over 100mb for a half hour at the lowest upload setting.

Next time I will load it at a higher setting....too grainy/pixalated.
I hope that you will share the details of the equipment and software that you used to produce this amazing slice of your life. It seems only fitting that there should be a sequel, plus perhaps a spinoff of the red man on a drive through the foothills of the Smokeys. I'm challenged by that idea.

The camera did not catch what the reactions were to your car and your costume by the passersby. That must have been amusing. It's not every day that you see a big dog driving a classic-styled car during the morning rush. Good job.

Ok, I have had several emails asking why the sound goes up and down. This is not an edited movie, the music you are hearing is from my stereo....it goes up and down because I turn it up and down when I have a chance to get on the gas s0 you can hear what it sounds like at full throttle.

Sorry if it makes it confusing...I'm learning. If you want click on my other videos and watch the edited family video and you will see what an edited sound file in a movie sounds like.

I used my JVC camera to do the tape...as you can tell I didn't secure it very well because I decided to throw the tape recorder in right before heading to work.

I then downloaded the video to my computer via Windows Movie Maker. My camera has a fire wire out and my computer has fire wire in....so it was easy in Windows movie maker to connect to the camera and upload the video.....I then told windows movie maker to save it using one of many options of quality versus file size options and made sure the file type I was using to save it as, was one google would recognize. Then I just uploaded it following the direction on this site in the help section. Next time I will use a much higher quality save mode and edit the video to make it just the good parts.
I now also know how to do a slightly delayed "live" video on the internet. I might set it up at Carlisle next year, but I think a good edited tape would be better. This tape is me going to work, which is pretty boring, can you imagine a live shot at Carlisle...too much nothing time....editing is the key to a good clip...and the boring parts of this clip prove that.
Ahh, you like my Steve, apparently do the "free-ranging" thing under the costume.... Steve (my steve) and I decided that we are going to drive the spyder around in costumes just because it looked so darn fun in your video!

Also, unless I missed something, your car is an automatic? What transmission and do you like it?
