I am happy with the original 356-look of the 'under dash' handbrake of my 2000 IM-Speedster. BUT... it doesn't function as good as it looks. The 'pull' is rather heavy (and short?) and the brake function isn't strong enough. It's even 'risky' to park the car in an uphill position without switchin' it in gear first.
Any IM-owners who recognize this problem and can give me some advice?
