FTD sucks! Had a flower and greenery arrangement sent to the house for a surprise for my wife. It was some f-----g surprise. It was the most disgusting POS the florist could have sent. Instead of the Roses, fern and greenery arrangement shown on FTD's website, we received a bowl full of dried mulch and stuffing, 8 droopy mums that looks as though they will be dead in 2 days and crocus leaves with discolored reddish holes. For what FTD charged me I should have gone to my local supermarket, Public, and bought 2 to 3 dozen roses, a couple bunches of carnations, a vase and a lovely Mother's Day card and had probably enough change left over to buy a lottery ticket. I emailed their customer service and sent pictures to the florist that filled the order. Pictures of an arrangement that cost the better half of $100.00.

They must be a two man operation. Sometimes good flower arrangements take time, you can't rush craftmanship. Bwah ha ha ha ha


Ok, seriously, that sucks Nolan. I trust you let them know and got a refund, those look horrible.

Yes Micky, I sure did tell them and the crappy florist they used to fill the order. Oh well, wife said she knew the thought was there and enjoyed the breakfast and dinning out with our daughter.
