Is it pretty straight forward or is there a trick?

Noticed my passenger side headlight pointing significantly higher than the drivers side on my way in to work this morning.

If your headlight assembly is like the assembly on my IM, it's fairly easy. There are two adjusting screws. One is at 1:00 o'clock and the other is at 7:00 o'clock.

I was looking for more of a "where are the adjuster screws" but it seems that I just need to remove the headlight ring to expose the adjuster screws you mention?

They should be right there on the outside of the headlight trim ring. They may look like mounting screws, but they are really adjusters.

Oh yeah, I saw those two screws... I though they help the ring on and the adjusters were on the inside of that ring.

I'll be adjusting mine soon too. I took my headlight assemblies off to switch the small 'parking light' bulbs for some yellow LED bulbs.
