Headlight grill

Has anyone purchased anything from "Sierra Madre Collection" in
Pasadena, California?
They have the headlight grills for $119. Do you have to have the
"rubber seal" behind the grill, or can you install the grill directly
to your headlight housing, without using the rubber.
The rubber seal, that they are listing, is $34 each. It adds up
quickly.
