Unless shipping cost makes it unwise, I'd think that either JPS or Vintage could sell you a pair. Look up above in the 'makers' folder.

Bjorn, if you go to the "Classified" forum and go down to the topic of "Speedster headlight grills" last posted on 10/19/04 @ 4:20am, you'll find a discussion of these very grilles. I contacted the eBay seller in New Zealand and bought a set from him directly for $100 plus $15 shipping and I am delighted with them.

For anyone else looking for these, you should check in with TheSamba regularly. I got a new pair for nearly half of the usual asking price. It's kind of better than ebay in that the prices are "fixed" but the sellers are usually willing to "un-fix" them and lower them even more if the part(s) have been posted for a while.

Lots of 356/914/VW parts at very low prices comparatively. They also have a regular "help" forum that would get a lot of us out of mechanical trouble, and a feedback forum to alert you of "bad" sellers and buyers.

I'm sure that most already know about this, but just in case others don't, it's a great web site.
