On my  ending coupe build I am missing the two small metal clips that pop rivet to the top of the headlight housing. Would anybody happen to have an extra pair? Tried JPS, no go there. Has  any body tried to bend up any . If so how so? I am also looking for coupe rear quarter window frames.

I did a search here and found a thread with TX George4888- but I wouldn't follow his build choices.  He cobbled a CMC together - ignoring the build manual and advice offered here.  On my CMC it looks like cut pieces of galvanized HVAC ductwork.  It's very simple.  I couldn't find a photo of the headlight housing without the headlamp installed.   Maybe someone had a photo without a lamp installed?  Or use just chrome bezel to figure out where to place the galvanized hook.

Here's old thread -

When I had the body off of my IM, I ended up replacing the headlight clips. The body had sat out near the ocean for over a decade and most parts were junk. I cut a rectangular piece of aluminum, bent around 1/4" on the end at 90* and cleaned up the sharp edges. Most of this was done with an angle grinder. I drilled two screw holes into the clip, tried a few test fittings with the lamp and screwed the clip to the inside of the bucket.

^^ THAT ^^

Is what a lot of us did when building our CMC.  Mike used Aluminum (pretty clever, considering if his car rolled down the hill it would end up in the Pacific) and I did exactly the same thing with the HVAC sheetmetal that Wolfgang mentioned.  All you really need is that 1/4" lip up at the end to hold the headlight bezel.  If you're really good, you could make that upward lip in an arc, but it's not really necessary (and you don't get additional Concours points for that).
