Has anyone tried the Fibersteel headlight switch?

I think that the resounding sound of crickets pretty much answers it. I think there are only a couple of people on here pushing Fibersteel parts and accessories.
I looked at the Fibersteel website and what they're showing is the early switch version, for a pre-'67 Beetle. It is about average price for a genuine German switch of that vintage, but I have no idea if that switch is OEM German or not - no info about that. The OEM German switches of that era usually have metal, not plastic, enclosures.
The longevity of your headlight switch depends on whether your car has relays that can off-load as much current from the headlight switch as possible. Using relays and running less current through the switch equals longer life. if you're not sure, then find a genuine German VW switch as most of the other stuff (excepting Spanish and Brazilian Varga switches) is pretty cheaply made and often doesn't last.
For example, there are several offered HERE at different price points from cheap Asian to OEM German and the 311941531ARG looks like yours for 1/3'rd less.
Thank you Gordon,
much appreciated.
Be aware that some VW switches have provision for parking lights only and some do not.
