Sometimes there is a relay for the lights and a seperate relay for the brite lights. Check and see if the lights come on when you hold the brite lite selector in, if they do, then it is most likely the relay. But as others are saying check the voltage and the ground to make sure that the power is there and the ground is functioning. You must have both for the relay to work.
Jeremy...

I had a problem with my lights when my car was delivered. (Spyder)

I had low beams only. The "flash" button seemed to work, but high beams just did not function.

After spending 3 hrs. tracing the circuits, I found that the high beams had a fuse and the low beams had a fuse, and the relay was powered from a third fuse.

A continuity check showed the fuses to be good, and the wiring checked out OK, Head lights OK, Switches and Relay OK.

The culprit turned out to be the High beam fuse.....It had a "HIGH" resistance of about 35 ohms, which did not register on the continuity test.

This is a rare failure, but not unheard of.

I hope you have an easier time with the repair, Good luck
