I want to switch the heater boxes to body bellows/hoses in my 2004 VS. The ones it has look like foil dryer hoses and are partially collapsed. Which ones would fit? I see EMPI re-pops being offered (see photo) but they vary by year, diameter and length. Anyone here has any idea of the exact model I need? Thanks in advance!

I did this on my CMC on a 75 VW IRs chasis. I don't recall where I ordered these but I had to cut them which is no problem as the one end just spiral screws onto the tube.
I used a piece of PVC pipe inserted into the body heat tube and placed the flex tube over it. The pictures show the white PVC and the tube clamped over it as well as the heater box.

I have used a couple of exhaust pipe reducers (AutoZone Advance Auto) and get a free piece of exhaust pipe from the dumpster bin at the local Midas, slip on into the other, when you have the length adjusted correct just dimple the connections.
