Michael:

These are dificult to measure, as Robert said, but here's what I got from my CMC: (all in Centimeters)

Gauge Cluster Eyebrow:

Overall length around arch: 48.1 cm (follows the shape of the dash bump)

Thickness front to back: 4.5 cm in center, tapering to 1.4 cm on each end

Vertical Thickness: 2cm in center, tapering to 1.3 cm on each end

Pad strips on each side of the eyebrow:

height: 5.3 cm
Thickness: 2.2 cm

Bear in mind that these dash pads are angled at the gauge ends to fit closely against the eyebrow, AND, since they are made of rubber, they curve to fit the shape of the dash on the sides near the doors. Past experience tells me that you might be able to steam the wood (if it's teak or mahogony) to curve the ends, but I'll leave that up to you.

Hope this helps, good luck, and send pictures of the finished product!

Gordon
