Who's being coy?  None of us know what is going on, but - based on the photos - I assume he is definitely going to be servicing and repairing IMs in his area, perhaps even farther abroad.  It looks like he has a supply of spare parts, etc. so that's encouraging.

I told him I'd consider bringing mine in for an oil change, but it's a little bit of a hike.

We could always convey from the Ottawa area...

there is a time to retire and let go of things....I did mine 15 yrs. ago after a small stroke, recovered and its been great since..had some real estate investments,sold them and just enjoying life now...75 and still  cutting firewood,VA health 100%, and waiting for the next big adventure.:}

Henry is 60 or thereabouts. Not everybody wants to “retire and let go” at that age. I don’t. Maybe in 5 years I will, maybe not. It’s possible to have fun at work.

Regardless, this seems to be Henry’s “next big adventure”.  I wish him well… whatever it is that he’s doing.

Henry.

I'm assuming he's providing parts and support for Intermeccanica vehicles, but nobody's ever said that. The shop is open, I'd like to know what it is. I need some parts.

Maybe it’s just his “hang.” My older brother’s best friend has a “shop” like that that’s basically his man cave. He has a couple of cars and his Harley there, an apt upstairs, and since he rebuilt his IMS failed 911, I don’t think he’s used his lift for anything but oil changes.

It’s where he hangs for “alone time.”

AT 72 I'm still trying to let go, if it's in your blood it's.... onward and upward !
