Thanks Will,
Yes I know some of the history; Karl Konen (a SOC member) built the car in 1980 and there is some info under his profile, Karl was kind enough to spend quite a bit of time on the phone with me going over the history of the car and drive train (he built the 1835 that's in the car)from day one to now, he has never lost track of the car and actually owned it for the first 28 years. The car is being shipped within the next 10 days and I should be getting some more of the history with the car docs as well, and I will take some better pictures. The wheels aren't chrome anymore, Dave West did a nice job of putting on painted wide 5's with moons.
I have already ordered a few goodies including a front disk brake conversion kit from SoCal.
After I drive it I may put in a 'freeway flyer' trans since the car has the orginal '66 box still in it (still working too). Also I don't believe the car has a front sway bar or rear stabilizer, so that's on the list too. The fun begins?
