Can someone please give me the measurement from the tip of the hood to the tip of the hood handle on a Vintage speedster? I'd prefer to not have to eyeball it. Thank you.

2 1/8" on a JPS
2 1/4 " on mine which I believe to be a VS
2 3/8" from the front edge of the hood. The crest is pretty much squarely over the latch.
2 1/4 exactly on the Sand Speedster. I took it across the Silicon Valley to work and back today. It was quite a hit on the road during commute hours.

The correct measurements from the bottom lip of the hood to the top of the handle is 38 inches. (If you mount it this way, you don't have to bend over so far)
