The nuts that go on the bolts which are in the front hinge boxes on my CMC have fallen off. I can't see a way to access the nuts with the boxes on that cover the hinges. It's been so long since I built the car that I can't remember how I put them on in the first place. Maybe I glassed the boxes in afterwards. In any event, are there any tricks to getting at this area or do I have to break out the Sawzall? Many thanks-

Grind or cut off the bottom of the hinge box (a Dremel would work, there) and then just reach up from the bottom to gain access to the nut and bolt head.

Afterwards, you can more-or-less easily glass in another bottom to the boxes (or just glue in a piece of plastic with a bead of silicon caulk), but not until AFTER you replace the nuts with nylok aircraft locknuts.
