Hood Latch Spring

The little plastic piece which holds the hood latch spring in place on my VS has broken, so the spring has sprung and fallen off the latch. The only way I can open my hood is with 2 people, which is actually great if you don't want people getting in there, but it makes fueling up by yourself rather difficult. Does anyone know if this part is replaceable? Or do I just need to buy the whole new latch assembly from VS? I e-mailed VS, but never got a reply. Thanks

Just call and ask for parts person - email are easily ignored or flagged as Spam. Did you look on CIP1 to match up to a stock part - or post picture of installed part and maybe its part number. Its most likely and off the shelf standard part.
