I added an oil pressure gauge, finished repairs on the wiring quick-connect breakaways for the rear hatch and painted a reminder to myself to not lift the hatch (again) with them connected.
I also did some evening photography, farting around with the camera.
Woo-Hoo!
14 degrees and still cruisin' at midnight last night!

Ever think of utilizing one of those power connect strips that the Street Rodders use in their doors (and I think I've seen them on some mini-van doors, too) that have buttons to make power connections when closed, but allow the door (cowls, in your case) to open up??

Try looking here for a "Magnum Shooter":

Just a little way down the page on the right. Everything from 2-connection to 5 connection and under $30 bucks.

As silly as it sounds, especially after all that engineering to make the back go up and down, I don't have any way -- yet -- to keep it from hopping up and down about a 16th of an inch as I hit bumps.
I'll bookmark that page, though. That's exactly what I wanted when I found these guys! When I fix my variables, I'll get some of those.
Thanks!
