Cory's caption read: "this little 30-second event wasn't much by way of comparison to Alan, Rocky and everyone else's helping hands), but it sure is funny!"

On the contrary......We were blocking traffic in the right lane of PA RT 11 - a VERY busy road linking I-81, I-76 and about a half dozen MAJOR truck stops in that area. Having Cory's help getting the pickup and trailer off of that road and out of the way was a Godsend and I'm sure was appreciated by the Carlisle Police force when they arrived just seconds after Cory pulled everything into the Ramada parking lot. He was a very understanding Cop, too!

Way to go Hoopty!!
Thanks, Gordon.
Gene, I'm distracted by my own shiny lights and switches. :)
My recent generator light troubles are "indicative" of my ... uh ... simplicity.

Is it just me, or does that Airstream concept reveal Ford's envy of the Honda Ridgeline grille?
And why didn't Honda fire their grille designer?
AUUUGH!

When will Detroit hire someone CREATIVE again? All they have to do is bring back tailfins!
My theory is that Detroit has been afraid of originality since the Chrysler Airflow. Would buy about anything though, even with a Honda grill, if it had the same finish they use on the vehicles to make the TV ads. You know, where they ford medium size rivers, cross hot lava fields, do doughnuts in a mud bog, race a swamp buggy, then by the time it turns back onto the highway, all the fish, burned paint, mud, and swamp grass has fallen off and the paint and chrome is better than factory-new. That's the paint job I want, even if the car looks like a '53 Rambler.
