I started up and even drove my 78' IM Speedster several time throughout the winter here in Northern IL. But today I changed the oil and washed and polished the car inside and out. 25 minute drive in sunny 55 (f) degree weather.. By far the nicest weekend of the year so far!
The winter was actually fairly light... But March was a crumby Month! Cold and lots of snow.
The car still runs and drives super! I think I might need to bleed through the brakes maybe? But I was thinking that my turn signals were not working today as the dash panel lights flashed like the warning flashers were on (both sides) But after my drive I was able to confirm that they all worked fine on the outside? So I need to sort out a bit of an electrical gremlin...
Felt great to have some better weather... And I look forward to lot's of speedster fun this summer.
