You're in luck, that's the size of the opening in the standard nine hole steering hub adapter used by Moto-lita, Britannia, Le Carra, and the like. They offer horn buttons with crests, just get in touch or search Ebay for a used one.

If you want a project, you can fit an Oval era Beetle horn button with a wheel crest and use that as well. You can also adapt a stock 356A button to work with that sized hole. Just a tad of clearancing to the opening and a whiff off of the button base and done!

Your options are many.

The horn button assemblies sold by Mono-lita and the like are complete units. They have the spring and all of that within them.

You just connect that wire coming up through the middle of the steering shaft to the single wire coming from out of/attached to the bottom of the button, usually in the center. Occasionally there's a contact on the button rather than a short wire.

The button assembly will then snap firmly into the hub adapter, making contact with the adapter which is making contact with the steering shaft which is making contact with . . . and so on.

And you're all set! A single wire hook-up, couldn't get easier.

I could snap a pic if you like, but it's really Easy Peasy. You'll be buying a horn button, complete, certainly not just a Porsche crest. A horn button is like a door bell, it's got everything built in, you know . . maybe they misunderstood what you were asking for.
