Congrats on your new purchase, Troy. PO may have exaggerated a bit, eh? 2160 engine is 84 x 90.5. I guess 190 hp is possible, but I am assuming non-turbo and pump gas. Sometimes hp figures can take on a life of their own from one owner to the next. I would like to see the dyno results. But that's only a minor point in a nice set-up. Thx for sharing.
"Jim.
You're correct stroke is 84 and pistons are 90.5 = 2160cc.

Justin.
Would .075 deck height make more sense? It's a little hard to read. "

A 0.075 total deck would give you 8:1 compression not 9:1 as listed (9:1 is correct value if total deck is 0.015). 0.075 would be a bit high, typical ranges are 0.035 to 0.065.

If the total deck truly is 0.015 with no head gaskets, I'd add a 0.040 gasket to get the deck to 0.055. That puts compression ratio at 8.3:1.

If it was me, I'd be pulling the heads to verify that deck measurement. I wouldn't risk the engine damage.
