I've started pulling out and organizing the stuff I want to take to Carlisle and the pile is looking pretty substantial. I have only given cursory consideration to what my sweet bride may want to bring, but traveling solo (no way, Jose) would make it easier. I'm beginning to think perhaps there will be a luggage rack in my future, just like Jim Bob.
You see the difficulty arises due to the fact that my car is mid-engined rather than rear-engined, so the jump seat area is non-existant. Anything which is not taller than the seat backs will fit nicely, but that ain't very tall. There is a small trunk up front, but the spare will take up much of the space. There is also a very small compartment in the rear; maybe this is where I'll put my polishing cloths and the like.
Probably the best thing to do is what primitive campers do and grab everything I think I will need and put half of it back on the shelf or return it to the drawer. I'll find out for certain by tomorrow. Wish me luck!

ps. Our traveling companions, the ones with the camper, have begged off, which is the reason for this dilemma.
