I would like to sit lower in my Vintage Speedster but the seats can't be lowered; therefore, is there a workable way to adjust the rails so the back of our seats will lean back a bit more? If not, is there an adjustable seat available in the aftermarket that will fit into a VS which allows the angle of the back to be adjusted?

A let of people have had good luck added washers under the front of the seat. Unbolt the seat from the rails and put several fender washers under the front and tilt the seat back for more room.
A piece of oak or mahogany cut as a 18" long wedge from 1/4" to maybe 1" sanded and poly-urethaned. would look great and give you the rake needed. Adjust measurements as necessary . Also lets seat slide without messing up carpet.
If tilting doesn't do enough for you , removing some of the seat base foam will .

I did as exactly as Robert described. No problems.
