how to book for speedster kit conversion

i am new to this and have acquired an incomplete speedster kit conversion. the donor frame is a 71 vw although i dont know at this point if i will use it or a different one. I am looking for a comprehensive book or copy of one, that goes thru the steps of conversion of the vw frame to accomodate a speedster replica body.
