I got two nasty belt scratches on my side door of my speedster and my local body shop dont work fiber glass repairs. Any ideas how to go about getting fix without painting the whole door.

Find an auto body shop that works on Corvettes. They should be able to fix it.
You may luck out with a small blend repair but repairing door paint (depending on color) the shop may not only have to paint the door but also blend to the fender and quarter panel.... sounds crazy but sometimes a scratch becomes a large paint blend.
Fixing a scratch shouldn't take a fiberglass specialist. If recent build - see if you can get matching touch up pain t-- or the code from builder. If not maybe DR ColorChip. A fixed scratch is often less obvious that a repainted entire door.
How bad is the scratch? I’d just do a touch up.
Post a couple of good photos...
