This may help, if you're the visual type. I unsnapped the entire back, laid the window against the back of the inside firewall vertically and pulled the outer snaps toward the outside of the wheel wells. Then I rolled the front bow into the underside of the roof, folded in a "V" the section of the roof behind the first rib and tucked the whole works in. If this helps, let me know so I can delete the images from my file ... Uh, back when I HAD a roof ...
Here's the wrong way, that works great. Just unsnap it back to where you can fold it down. You have a choice of folding the top bow inside the back fold, or letting it lay down into the package tray, with the bow flipped a half turn to better fit the contour of the car. I do this on long trips, or fast trips because I've had the bow flip out onto the rear panel of the car while going down the road. I will say that it looks best folded into the back fold.
