Hey gang, how would I go about finding out the true age of my speedster. Obviously, the pan is the part of the car that shows the age of the car on the registration
Thanks
Russ

Hi Russ,
If Vintage can't help you, you may want to check with the DMV in your state. If it's always been licensed in the same state, their records should indicate the first year of registration from Vintage. Even if the donor car was registered in the same state, there will be a gap of one or more years with no reg. The year the reg was renewed will be the year Vintage first registered it. At least I think that's how it would work. Maybe others will chime in.
What information would I need to give them?
Call DMV. Ask them. They will need VIN for sure.
Kinda like being adopted and looking for your birth mother...
good luck with that....
My car was built about 20 years ago and when I called Kirk 6 years ago he said they had no records that old. I guess it really doesn't matter any more. Good luck anyway
Your best bet to determine age of your VS is what Jim K suggested, your VS initial registry with DMV!
