hubs and emblems

anyone know where to get the following:

1. nipple hubcaps with the emblem on them? (i currenly have the baby moon)
2. a porsche emblem that fits in place of the v.s. emblem on the hood handle?
3. similar "porsche" lettering to be put on the front of the car above the bumper.

i'm just trying to get this thing to be as true as possible (and pandering to my o.c.d. in trying to make the damn thing perfect). any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would suggest stoddards for the gold "porsche" emblem on the front and the "speedster" gold letters on the side as well as the 1600 super and porsche on the back. Note: when you get ready to drill the holes for the front Porsche it is best slightly bend the emblem "gently" so that it is curved to match the profile of the front of the car and then after the curve is matched mark the holes from the posts that come out and drill. If you do it like my original owner did then the holes will be off a little. DON'T order original 356 hubcaps as you probably don't have the correct rims for this installation and it won't work correctly. If you have 4 lug vw rims you will need to look elswhere.

I purchased one earlier for $16.00 + Frt.

As for the wheel covers for 4 lug wheels, there was a "Copyright" issue with Porsche and the only ones you might find are NOS. Otherwise the Nipple Sytle Wheel Cover will have the Wolfsburg Crest.
