hello...I just finished installing a hydraulic neal pedal with a cnc hydraulic throttle system. I have discussed this with other vw and got some feedback... but it was negative due to the nature of the cnc design. Cable has been the preffered and reliable design for many years. Some comments ranged from it is nuts due to temperature influence on the fluid and rpm effect to the kiss principle -keep it simple-. similar is that some people like the hydraulic clutch others not.

I designed my throttle supports and did the set up. It works and will test the car under hot temps under the rear bonnet. My car is a mid engine spyder with over the transmission exhaust and under mid lower chrome outlet tip.

Anyway...I saw this type of setup on drag cars, but pneumatic.

Anyone of you have done any set up similar modifications as mine?

Also, I installed a side shifter made by prowlers with solid rods...in my oppinion, it works better than the cable.
