I am done with my winter projects | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

My car has a new 1915cc and I can tell it has some power.I just got my car from the shop not too long ago.All I can say is my car is moving.I didn't drive it more than 60-65 mph but I could tell it had great amount of power.I kept the same carbs 40idf with 115 main jet 200 air jet 50 idle(the guy rebuild them too),8,7:1 compression,40x35 heads,Bosch 55 amp,Mallory dist.,110 engle cam,new crank,1700 kennecy clutch,new case AS41,chromoly push rods,hd lifters,new rods,new bearings,1:1-1 ratio rockers,1 1/5 exhaust with header(empi hideaway)sounds awlsome. Also brand new adjustable beam with new steering box.
I can not tell you how happy I am with all the improvments.The builder told me I should be looking close to 115-118 hp.That is a big jump from my stock 55 hp 1600cc.Anyway this site was a great help to me.Thanks to all of you for all the info.I posted some pictures but they are small. I will post some new ones by Friday

Congrats Bro! Looking good! Your car's come a long way since you first got it!!! Now make sure you break-in that motor correctly.
