I went up to one of my old friends shop to let him see the D this morning . (bref history is he and his son helped me set the cab back in 2,001)

He had company a lady with a Phd in physoligy that would not leave me alone. Thank goodness she left,it was spookey.

After a long day helping my friend in the bodyshop. she came back by again later that evening and I was cornerd into taking her for a spin in the D.

I didn,t want to be rude But it was very overwhelming. this has never , never, never , Ever happened before . My friend was sniggering the intire time. and I still can't beleive it happened.

Barry, I just have to ask. You spoke of her education and her persistance, but you left out one important detail. Was she the picture of grace and beauty, like the right seater pictures some of us posted earlier this year or did she resemble a 1960's version of a stewardess on the Russian Airliner, Aeroflot? When I saw pictures in Time magazine when this company first started flying into our country I came to a couple of conclusions: First, they would not need a beverage cart, as they could carry a bucket full of Vodka in each arm and second, they probably did wear combat boots in their leisure time.

I had time today to mull it over. Do you remember Gracy Allen?

This Lady was that kinda weird. Of course I also had to remember How devoted George Burns was to Gracy. Humm?

I need to think some more on this one . By the way, She wants me to do some custom work on her conversion van.

Im still cringing. I suspect Steve may erge her on.
I've got to get out of here!!!

The only vehicle that attracts that kind of attention is big 4x4 with fat tires and the driver with a Nascar/Skidoo/Dodge Ram/etc hat on either sideways or backwards.

The tub just attracts small children who think its cute "look mommy...a toy car!" or vandals who can't stand to see a vehicle without scratches, dirt or cracked windows.
