Sort of was at the right place at the right time and purchased "Natalie" (some might remember the car owned by Tom Blankenship). It isn't at my home yet, but should be soon. I was going to go to Carlisle to look around, but sometimes things happen very fast. I am very excited to say the least. I was looking at several different cars, but to be honest, I really feel a Beck Speedster is a perfect fit for me. Here are a couple of pictures. Looking forward to my journey.

@gg1 Nice Looking Speedster!! Enjoy
Congrats. Very nice car.
Very nice, @gg1! I have fond memories of Tom's car. Got a name you'd like us to use or should we just call you "gg"?
I always liked that car. I LOVE the exhaust in the bumperettes. I remember when he got the wheels(Vintage 190) and got them powdercoated black.
If he had another bay in his garage(or lived somewhere warmer) I'd bet it would still be his.

Thanks. My name is Curt.
Thanks for the kind welcome.
I see you're in Pittsburgh. You should join us in Carlisle next weekend even if you haven't gotten your car yet.

Beautiful car. Congratulations. Getting a car that nice and not having to wait 2.5 years. That’s a real win win.

I unfortunately work on Friday and Sunday. I didn't plan for this. I was thinking of driving out for the day on Saturday however. I don't know if I will have my car yet. It is about a 3 hours from my home, so pretty close for such an event. I have been trying to get rid of my Friday shift, but so far no luck. Carlisle sounds like a blast. I went for Corvettes a very long time ago when I restored a '60 Corvette. Huge event.

It is honestly very close to what I would order, but I it even has things I wouldn't have ordered, but happy they are there. Tom did a lot over his ownership. I think I read every post of his. lol

I might make it for Saturday. See my reply above. Thanks.
That car is a great score, Curt. We would love to see you next Saturday if you can make it. I know about work invasions though—same thing happened to me this year so I'll be on my laptop for part of Thursday and Friday.
Every winter Tom took the car back to the Beck folks for upgrades. Then, in the spring he would take the train there and drive Natalie back home. I had the pleasure of making the trip with him one time and riding back in Natalie. It also gave me the chance to visit Beck and see their operation.
My brutha! Looks like your 'Natalie' found a very good home!

Beck is an amazing operation. It was about 6 hour drive for me. Well worth the trip.
Very special interior. Nice.
Great news, congrats and enjoy the ride.
@gg1, when were those pictures taken? That blue Coupe near Natalie looks very similar to my car when it was being built, but for it to be mine the picture would be around 2 years old, so it's probably not.

I took the picture with the blue coupe last Friday.
Definitely not mine, then. You're going to love Tom's car.

Yeah, I just spent some time talking to Tom on the phone today. So lucky to get to talk to the person that owned it for so long and kept upgrading and tweaking the car. I can't wait for it to get here, but it might be a while. Was sort of hoping for this weekend to ride it to Carlisle, but that seems unlikely.
