If anyone can recommend one, I'm trying to have some mirror glass etched in the next couple weeks. I think it would be nice to have "OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE LOSING" carved into my rear-view.

Think "Boz" as in --Nuthin you cant handle, nuthin you aint got.
Do a google search for glass acid etching. Comes in a kit with the masking paper. Also adhesive stencils in any popular shape or design.

If you can't get the etching thing done, you can have some clear adhesive lables made up. Before they etched the mirrors, the car manufacturers used the lables as well.

How about:
"Objects in the Mirror are Water-Cooled"
"Objects behind have engines in the front"
By the way Cory, might check with a trophy shop who does their own engraving. Maybe they can do this for you. angela

Dont use the cream. It doesnt etch deep enough, it will look like its frosted. Sandblasting(or engraving) is better because you can control the depth.
Like someone else said look for a place that sells trophys. A good wine store might have a lead on a bottle engraver. Try bridal shops, engravers do a large part of their business on wedding gifts.
I used to sandblast gifts as a hobby. I still own a dental drill, if anyone has a cavity.

Maybe you ought to have a rotating blue light painted towards the top of your mirror. That way every approaching car will look like a cop cruiser . . . ?

Thanks, everyone -- I'm just going to hold off until I talk to the Colorworks guys. I might do that today.
TC, they might pass YOU ... You want me to get a mirror done that way for you?
HaHaHa Ha Ha.

Cory, try a vinyl sign company . They can cut the lettering out of the frosted transparent vinyl. Looks just like etched glass.
Car looks great!
