If you know of anyone looking for a 100 point Speedster, here's one coming up at auction. It currently belongs to a club member from Johnson City, TN. This Speedster has an incredible racing history all documented and went through a complete and meticulous restoration only a few years ago.

Speedster's like this one don't come up often. It is obviously a collector quality vehicle.

Estimated auction range is $325,000 to $400,000

yikes....sold for $462,000.

I'll keep my plastic one and drive it (not that I could afford $462,000 in any case.......)

When you look under the technical specifications it says the car has "Telescopic Shock Absorbers".

Now any of you who are "in the know" knows perfectly well that is the real reason that this car went for $462 Large.

I would do flips and twists for telescopic shock absorbers.

$462,000 for a pushrod motored car. Mind you, it's a very nice car, but WOW!
