Billy...You Bastard...You join our motly crew with your beautiful wife, and the fattest, most gorgeous tub I ever saw, with that
attitude of yours, and then, just like you came in, you left.....
I don't know dude, you are going to have work a little to get back in...but I have faith in you....
It's because of your tub, that I am now cruising a fat one myself...
Sorry...on the road....working on a cool new DIY Network show called "Extra Yardage" (I'm the host!)
Building/restoring a new widebody outlaw..a bit less bling & refined than the last FatAss but really cool! Pix soon!
When is the next run? Miss you dudes! And, Yes...Nina is still enduring me!

Happy Father's day.....

Best
B :)-
Billy Boy - check the 'Events' thread. We're doing a run up to Mt Palomar (observatory) in northern San Diego county. I know its a long haul for you, but if you're really jonesing for a run...

...or maybe we can do another run to the Rudder Room in Oxnard, or stay local and do The Rock Store again (Mulholland). We'll keep you posted.

...oh, Vince and Gerd give you a shout out...

Sneak peek at my new wide-ass outlaw. Here is the skinny:

1-I know, it' s not a polished showcar like my other tub
2-have no idea who even made the body...do not really car cause it's bitchin' now!
3-tried to built it on a budget (under $20k)
4-did most the work in-house with my buddies
5-it's rough with some great patina and lots of very personal touches
6-what it lacks in "newness", it makes up for in crazy personality
7-hand burnished all major chrome items to a nickel finish
8-very basic rebuilt 1600 with single carb....a reliable putter!
9-picture are low-res in our shop!

Opinions are welcome.
Thanks for listening/looking:
