If you look in the files under "Georges IM Speedster" there's a photo of the bottom of the current Carrera decklid. Note that the hinge supports run entirely across the bottom of the decklid.

This will not allow fitting of the orginal Carrera type of carburetor shrouding that linked the carb intakes exclusively to the louvers as a cool fresh air inlet.

I mentioned this to Henry and suggested he modify the hinge supports to attach above the louvers via a right angle turn to allow free access to the louvers; so if you're going to order a new car with the Carrera decklid be sure and ask about this change if it's important to you.
