Well, I would look pretty closely at the picture showing the frame. The severely rusted section which supports the front bulk head seems obliterated. I would think that would need some significant structural repair before it can be road worthy. I would think a new chassis may be in order.
Its actually just the bottom of the frame head. New sheet metal is available for $35-50 for just the bottom section. Frame head is also available.
A complete pan replacement is the first thing I would consider. I wouldn't pay more than $5000 for the whole thing as is incl. shipping.
Start pricing out what you know has to be replaced plus the cost of the car, you would do better to buy a rolling kit.

Unless you ae into rebuilding right off the bat,I think I'd pass on this one. There are many more cars out there in better shape than this.
