Saw this interesting JPS on ebay - says it has a 2332 Hi-Po Engine producing over 300HP (with turbo) - the pics of the undercarriage leave a little to be desired for a 900 mile never titled (still in JPS name) car. Also not sure what the flange is below the motor with nothing connected to it - Im not a turbo expert but it just looks odd.

Looks like that Big-Assed flange to nowhere is actually the output of the waste gate.
When the turbo input pressure gets to the point where the waste gate is set, that canister valve right next to the flange opens and hold the pressure to the set level.
