You'll probably have to get one from IM or find an old CMC lid.
A new lid is probably about $400 USD plus costly shipping to Denmark! It does come in 2 pieces and you can buy just the rain shield inner liner for I'm guessing 1/2 that. Since you are in Europe, I would just repair the missing inner liner section with fiberglass cloth/resin. The finish is unseen so that doesn't matter. You could shape it how you want it with aluminum duct tape on inside of lid and fill in with fiberglass after removing the engine lid grill. Some use that white foam and shape it as desired and then cover with plastic but in your case the shape is not critical. (I'd do off the car - with proper protection the outside paint would not be affected.
Post a picture of what it looks like now.
So to answer your ? a FF/CMC lid will fit (CMC bought out early Calif IM molds). Believe others have used lids (like the ones with louvers) from SE/Beck. RustyTubs in NV has both inner and outer lids listed too. I've not seen lips on JPS/VS so taking chance there. A new lid would require bonding the 2 pieces together which requires some fitting/sanding. Your inner lid could be replace probably easier.

My suggestion is to properly mark the location of the lid... then remove it and do the inside with fiberglass yourself or have an experienced guy do it. By looking at an existing lid there is not much to the bottom of it at all. @Alan Merklin should be able to give you even better advice using his FGlass skills.
@BusThomas I think @Dutch (Rene) may still have the engine lid off his older IM. He replaced it with a louvered Carrera lid. He will probably see this post and chime in.
Best of luck with your project!
Easy repair - maybe full weekend just because the fiberglass takes time to cure. Looks like the hinges are bent steel - which works. I'd move existing one to other side and put it to center of the body mounted bracket and bend a mirror image one for other side. Do they have HVAC aluminum duct tape there for sealing forced air plenums? It is very sticky and can be formed to shape desired. . The old fiberglass surface needs to be clean (no grease) and roughed up (sanded). Make form with the tape then layers of overlapping fiberglass cloth or roving mat can be applied with resin. 4 Layers will be enough. You can buy replacement cast aluminum hinges from vintagespeedsterparts.com for $15 each - not sure if they ship OCONUS though.
Rusty tubs has the part you're looking for but it's 250.00 plus shipping. Then they have to 'pull' one for you. This takes about 4 weeks. How do I know? I was going to try and vacuum form a carbon fiber insert / rain tray for my car with louvers to let out the heat. I've given up the idea because of the number of projects in front of this one.
As luck would have it... I think I have the piece you need already pulled / delivered at my house.
I can get a photo of it tonight if you're truly interested. All I'd ask is for 200.00 plus shipping & insurance. PM me if you're interested.
BTW - Nice motor! (Raby? DTM?)
Thanks,
Ted

Hello Thomas, Dutch here. I saw the post from Musbjim and wanted to reply to you. I do have my original decklid but have decided to keep it since these are very hard to find. It also had to have the inside cut open to fit my large Delorto carbs. I replaced it with a Louvered Carrera-style lid but still do not have that fit correctly yet. My car is an early CMC built by IM when they were here in SO CAL. Thanks for your interest and good luck with your project.
I've got two new IM deck lid hinges if you need a pair. $50 CAD and ship worldwide for actual cost. Pics available.
on the topic of deck lids. i have a older cmc (1992) the lid doesn't have any opening in it now. seems to me, the engine would get more cooling, if the lid had an opening. i'm in socal, and not planing on driving in the rain.
Pull up the build manual - you have to cut out the two oval bits to either side of the center rain shield -- plus where the grille fits on outside. I think I used a Dremel or air compressor driven abrasive cut off wheel. Then sanded edges and spray painted raw fiberglass.
cool. thanks wolfgang
Hey wolfgang. my lid does have the wholes cut on each side. looking at it from the outside of the lid, it looks blocked. thanks again. now if i can get the ball bearings put back in the cv joints, i will be alot happier.
got it! tricky.
