I would like to find a new home for my Intermeccanica Convertible D Roadster, purchased new from Henry in 1998. The car does not get much use these days. I. The car has 13,064 kms (about 8000 miles) on the odometer. The car appears as new with almost no wear and tear. For viewing, the car is located at All Speed Autoworks in Peachtree City, GA. The asking price is $28,500.

Fly to GA and drive it home.

I can have it gassed up!
David,
I'm not sure, but you seem to be asking if Charles' car is painted or has a gelcoat finish (can this car be painted cream?). IM's and all modern replicas are painted in normal auto method: sand, prime, sand, topcoat. You can choose the color, and repaint at will. Regards, Jim

I've seen it in person and it's beautiful. I wouldn't change the color, but then I like red cars....;-)
David, this car could be comfortably driven to NY from Ga in 2 days. I drove my IM Roadster with 1600CC engine over 3000 miles in the first 10 days I owned it. Yes, it could be painted any color, but take a flight to see it and then decide. This is a nice car for the price, if automatic transmission is OK with you.
The red Intermeccanica known affectionally within the family as "Henry" is still available. Anyone else interested?
Here's an idea---somebody buy this baby, drive it over to Jake Raby's
factory, which is close to Charles, and get a Type IV with an optimized tranny installed. VOILA---the ultimate Speedster.
I'd love a rig like that--IM PLUS Raby power!
Charles--that is a gorgeous car---someone is going to be very happy with it!

There you go Jack. You do it, and just swap engines.
Hey Stan--I'll admit, it IS tempting. Too bad I'm all set with my present ride!
Can you post some interior pictures?

Do you have any interior photos and what are you asking. I live in Pennsylvania and would need to ship, so need to take that into consideration.
Daryl, I sent you a PM. Charles
