Great company - great history.
You should buy the book:

You can probably get it cheaper elsewhere.
Book is well worth it -think I paid $26 for new one on Ebay. Great information and good coffee table book.

Hi Bob & Wolfgang, my daughter got me a copy on sale at Chapters for Christmas and I read the book on Christmas day. I found myself engaged in a story that I had history with seeing that I read so many car magazine in the early 60's and 70's.
I was familiar with most if not all the designers and builders quoted in the book. It was a great read. I have also followed IM's journey myself from 82 on in Canada. In my opinion the Reisners family's history makes them a true specialty cars builder and that is why my new car does not have any Porsche insignias. It is an iconic 356 shaped IM built roadster. As a previous 59P 356 A coupe owner I can say that Henry is the dream maker Enjoy the read.Ray
"you just want to give it gas and hear and feel the engine...". Yeah, that about covers it.
