INTERMECCANICA SPEEDSTER

I am the 2nd owner of an Intermeccanica Speedster built in California. Records states it has a 72 1600 engine it it. Recent tires, brakes, special gas shocks, exhaust system, generator, AM/FM-CD player, tuned. Original white gelcoat on a somewhat rough body. Black interior w/cocomats. Quick and smooth. 31k miles. Considering selling. Anyone interested? What

Pictures too funny........

You need to post some picture or link to pictures. Rough body could be about anything. Not even sure the early IM's even came with gel coat - that seems to be mostly CMCs. What is evidence that it is a CMC and what build year. So you could have a $2k fixer upper or a $6k driver based on info provided. End of season doesn't help sale either.

In the third picture the quarter panel looks like it has a scratch on it. Is this true, or is the light bouncing off the car at a strange angle?

Where's the PICs!

He emailed me some pictures but as text of email so not sure I can upload for him - has the IM Bull in hood handle. What was dash and rear grill like on IM? (Pictures look like cast rear grill and 3 rubber pieces across dash with 914 gauges). Pictures aren't very sharp or good contrast - body just looks dull so if indeed gelcoat could be buffed out to be presentable. I'll try to see if I can upload pictures for him over weekend. Shows VIN applied sticker which says 1600 - but not sure how DMV figured that out. Worth a look if someone is near by.
